It's gonna be what it is |
This blog exists because Commander John Shepard and Major Kaidan Alenko are perfect. If I ever write stuff unrelated to Mass Effect it's about my own ridiculous existence, Eva Green, Richard Armitage or comic books. Oh, and The Hobbit has officially ruined my life. I'm a Bagginshieldmaiden and suffer daily because of it. |
Horizon pt 2.
“You don’t sound too happy to see me. Something bothering you, Kaidan?”
“Yeah something’s bothering me. I spent the past two years believing you were dead! I thought we had something, Shepard. Something real. I… I loved you. Thinking you were dead tore me apart. How could you put me through that? Why didn’t you try to contact me? Why didn’t you let me know you were alive?”
“I’m sorry, Kaidan. I was clinically dead. It took two years to bring me back.”

What I love about this scene is how they move closer. It’s like they’re not even aware of it, but while they’re, well, arguing, they keep moving closer. It’s been two years, and they can’t just… not be close, you know?
